Leadership Program
The Leadership Program is a joint class between Pal Che Tang Soo Do and Impact Martial Arts, designed to give higher-ranking students the opportunity to gain more advanced training and to learn important leadership skills necessary to advance towards Black Belt and beyond. The goal is to cultivate confident and competent martial artists who are leaders at their Studio and in the World Tang Soo Do Association. This class focuses on physical skills that are not typically covered in a regular class as well as teaching experience. The instructors rotate each class, with each providing different areas of expertise. Students in this class also rotate responsibilities of running warm ups and other drills, so all students will gain experience leading this class. This is a great opportunity for training and collaboration for all students involved. This class is by invitation only, and all students must be at least a Brown Belt (4th Gup) and must be training regularly (at least twice a week) at their respective Studio. The Chief Instructors of each school make recommendations of which students can attend the program.
